Freezing Peaches
1) Put the peaches in boiling water for 30-60 seconds.
2) Put the peaches in ice water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin right off.
3) Slice up the peaches, cut out the pit and remove any soft spots.
4) Once you have a bowl full, add about 1/4 cup lemon juice or Fruit Fresh to keep the fruit from turning brown. Stir the peaches so all slices are coated. (You can also add sugar at this point if you would like).
5) Put peaches in a freezer bag to enjoy until next peach season!
